Kenny - Owner

Kenny’s journey in the construction industry began at a young age, working alongside his father. From excavating for new housing to repairing sewer and water lines, Kenny absorbed the knowledge and skills that would eventually lead to the establishment of his successful company, K Jett Services. Even as a child, he experienced the importance of customer service and fair pricing, having dug out frozen water lines in winter and enjoyed a small treat at the city swimming pool during hot summers.

Over the past 25 years, Kenny has dedicated himself to perfecting his craft, finding fulfillment and joy in his calling. His commitment to the industry is evident through his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering quality services.

Beyond work, Kenny is the epitome of a family man. He married his beloved wife, Melanie, shortly after completing high school, and their bond has only grown stronger over almost four decades. Spoiling their four beautiful grandchildren has become their favorite pastime. When not enjoying quality time with family, Kenny indulges in activities such as boating, fishing, and camping, creating lasting memories with his loved ones. He has also nurtured a lifelong passion for monster trucks, sprint cars, motorsports, and, of course, the Kansas City CHIEFS, which brings excitement and camaraderie to his life.

Jessica - Executive Vice President

Jessica is an integral part of the K Jett family, being the daughter of owner Kenny. Her journey with the family business began in 2012, and she has since embraced her role with passion and dedication. Prior to joining K Jett, Jessica spent five years as a skilled cosmetologist, where she honed her talents in the beauty industry. She also gained valuable experience as a manager at a renowned salon in Kansas City.

Outside of work, Jessica finds immense joy in her roles as a wife and mother. She is married and has two wonderful children, who bring boundless happiness to her life. Their family is completed by their beloved Mini Australian Shepherd, who adds an extra dose of love and playfulness.

In her spare time, Jessica appreciates the simple pleasures of life. Whether it's relishing the outdoors while lounging on the patio, swimming with her kids, or finding solace in her rocking chair on the front porch, she embraces the moments that bring tranquility and fulfillment. Family and friends hold a special place in Jessica's heart, and she prioritizes spending quality time with them.

Karen - Office Manager

Karen is a Kansas City native with a passion for helping others and being part of a team. As a valued member of the K Jett family since 2018, she brings her collaborative spirit and problem-solving skills to the forefront. With a love for staycations, motorcycle rides alongside her husband, and quality time with loved ones and their two dogs, Karen finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on her community shines through her compassionate endeavors and zest for adventure.

Hannah - Dispatcher

Hannah is a valued member of K Jett since 2019. Hannah appreciates the tight-knit atmosphere where everyone is treated like family. The strong sense of camaraderie motivates her to lend a helping hand to her colleagues, fostering an environment of support and collaboration. Hannah is grateful for the opportunity she has been given to work with such a remarkable team and looks forward to continuing her journey with the company.

Hannah is a devoted mom of two who cherishes the time she spends with her children. In her free time, she embarks on small adventures with her kids, creating lasting memories together. On rainy days, Hannah enjoys the coziness of home, keeping company with her beloved cat. Kandice is a dedicated night and weekend dispatcher for K Jett since 2019. As a mom, wife, and cat mom, she brings her nurturing and caring nature to both her personal and professional life. With a passion for the outdoors and a love for crafting, Kandice finds balance and joy in exploring nature and expressing her creativity. Her commitment to her family, profession, and hobbies makes her a valued member of K Jett.

Emily - Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Emily is a multifaceted individual based in Kansas City. Since 2022, she has contributed her talents as a dedicated team member at K Jett. Additionally, Emily brings her exceptional customer service skills to the table as a server at a private country club. Outside of work, she cherishes moments spent with family and friends, nurturing these meaningful connections. With a background in basketball and soccer, Emily embraces an active lifestyle. In her downtime, she indulges in reading mystery/thriller books, immersing herself in captivating narratives. As a lover of mild temperatures, Emily eagerly awaits the arrival of fall, savoring its pleasant balance between warmth and coolness.

Josh - Grease Supervisor

Josh has been a dedicated member of the K Jett team since 2014. In his free time, Josh finds fulfillment in tackling projects around the house, using his skills to improve and enhance his living space. Family holds a special place in Josh's heart, and he cherishes the time spent with his loved ones. As a passionate supporter, he proudly proclaims himself to be a big KANSAS CITY CHIEFS fan, demonstrating his enthusiasm for sports and loyalty to his hometown team. With his commitment to his work, home, and cherished hobbies, Josh brings a well-rounded perspective to all aspects of his life.

Alex - Drain Supervisor

Alex Thornton has been a part of the K Jett team since 2016. He is a dedicated individual who finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. With a deep appreciation for family, plumbing, hard work, and camping, Alex cherishes the moments that bring fulfillment and happiness. His passion for plumbing shines through his commitment to providing reliable solutions, ensuring the comfort and functionality of homes and businesses. Known for his strong work ethic, Alex approaches every task with determination and a positive attitude. When not busy fixing pipes or tackling projects, he embraces the great outdoors, finding solace and adventure in the beauty of nature alongside his beautiful wife. For Alex , life is truly good.

Jose - Repair Crew Supervisor

Jose has been with K Jett since 2018. He made a life-changing decision to move from Colorado to Kansas and discovered a wonderful job opportunity that brought him closer to his family. After spending years away from them as a truck driver, he now enjoys the privilege of being with his loved ones more often. Witnessing his children's happiness every time he comes home fills him with joy.

Jose is amazed every day by his wife and their six children, and the recent addition of a granddaughter has brought even more joy to their lives. He finds great pleasure in spending quality time with his family, whether it's camping and cooking out together or playing soccer with his sons. He also enjoys taking his daughters shopping and learning about their interests and preferences.
